Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project-The total length of the project is about 664.236km, which is divided into Dali Ⅰ, Dali Ⅱ, Chuxiong, Kunming, Yuxi and Honghe sections. The starting point of the main water delivery channel is Changyu Village (with the node of Changjiang Institute) of Dali City, and the end point is Wanjia (with the node of Kunming Institute) of Xiangyun County, with a total length of 104.071km, a designed diversion flow of 135～120m3/s, and the elevation of the head of the canal. 1986.00m, the elevation of the water surface at the end of the canal is 1956.00m, the total head is 30m, and the average bottom slope of the whole line is 0.29‰. The affected areas include Binchuan Niujing, Dali City, Midu Micheng, Weishan Nanzhao, Xiangyunxiangcheng, Xiangyunxiazhuang, and Sunping Mountain in Yongsheng County.
